I don't know what Bagan means but in my territory is named as Bagan Pasir.

1st Yummy: 咸蛋螃蟹 (Salted Egg Salted Crab - Kiam nern chi) : Ingredient are salted egg and crab lahh. Come Malaysia must try one. What so special about chili crab and pepper crab lehhhhhh
2nd Yummy: 大葱蒸鱼头 (Onion Fish Head - tua chong her tau): Ingredient are must Big Big Onion, Limau Kasturi not lime ok, chili api not padi. Again what so special with song yu tau and curry fish head.... I choose to be different mahhhhh choiii ahhhh
3rd Yummy: 奶油虾姑 (Butter Mantis Prawn - ni eu heh kor)- Ingredient are mantis prawn butter and curry leaves. Ok lah ok lah i give you something similar to others loooooooooooooo
4th Yummy: 清蒸名虾 (Steam prawn - cheng zeng heh) Not necessary must be complicated then only delicious, sometime fresh seafood good to eat plain plain taste mahhh
5th Yummy: 炸sotong (Normal fried Sotong - zzzer sotong) although simple but the sotong is fresh so u come and taste you know lah
6th Yummy : 红酒鸡 (Drunken Red Wine Chicken - Ang Chiu Kuey) Oiiii Tanjung Karang also got chicken ok...... Instead you allergic to seafood mahhhh. We very know how to " ehh zoh lang" one

7th Yummy: 螃蟹炒米粉 (Fried BeeHoon Crab - Chi char bee hoon) - Again people can do we also can do mahhh
8th Yummy: 辣椒虾 (Sambal prawn - sambal heh) In Malaysia ahhhh if you don't eat pedas (hot and spicy) you don't tell people you come or live in Malaysia
9th Yummy: 金香白来 (Spice herb mucsle - Kim Pang Pek Lai) Must try lahhh delicious mahhh how to say you come and eat you know lahhhhh
10th Yummy: 金香螃蟹 (Kam Heong Chi) - We don't have pepper crab but we have dried chili crab which is better than neighbor country mahhh. They want to patent patent lahhh. Malaysia Cook/Chief very creative one. We can come out many type of new dish one. Our Brain can turn one mahhhh.
11th Yummy: 上汤白来 (Muscle Soup - Kiii Teng Pek Lai) - This one ahhh you must eat with white rice. When you mix the soup with white rice, i tell you ahhhh hehhhhh the taste hohhhhhh........ What for i tell you? You come and try lahhhhh
